FinnSys - How to Import Daily Mailback Data

Important: Before following the steps below, you must subscribe to the Daily Mailback Services with the registrars. Only after you have received your Daily Mailback files (both Client Master and Transaction Master) from each registrar, you will be able to follow the steps below and import your Daily Transactions.

Incase you have not subscribed to the Daily Mailback services yet, please click here for steps on How to subscribe to the Daily Mailback services.

Make sure that you have both Client Master and Transaction Master files from each registrar before starting the import.

Please perform the following steps in the same order as shown below:

A) Import Daily Client Master File
Step1:	Select a Registrar to start (e.g. CAMS) and extract its Daily Client Master File on your computer. Step2:	Upload the extracted mailback file from your computer to your website Visual Help: How to upload Client Master File - Daily Mailback
Step3:	Run the uploaded Client Master file and create Investors Visual Help: Run Client Master File - Daily Mailback
B) Import Daily Transactions File
Step1:	Select a Registrar to start (e.g. CAMS) and extract its Daily Transactions File on your computer. Step2:	Upload the extracted mailback file from your computer to your website Visual Help: How to upload Transactions File - Daily Mailback
Step3:	Run the uploaded Transactions file Visual Help: Run Transactions File - Daily Mailback
